Anneliese Rohrer has been a political journalist for over 30 years. As well as writing Op-ed pieces for international publications like the New York Times, The LA Times, The Irish Times amongst others, she was both the senior editor for the national affairs and the international affairs department at the Austrian daily newspaper „Die Presse“. She has been a senior commentator for CNN, BBC, ORF and PBS. She has joined GreenKat Productions in the capacity of producer in Europe and with her expertise as an interviewer to shine a light on this very important subject matter of Human Trafficking.

In 2002, Kat founded GreenKat Productions with her business partner Tom Greenman. Since then, they have produced and Kat has directed more the ten short films, music videos and spec commercials. Her short Film "The Search" won Best Short at the 2005 LA Femme Film Festival. Recently Kat acted as DP on the feature length documentary "Larry Flynt: the Right to be left alone" for Midtown Films. "Fatal Promises" is a labor of love for her and an attempt to make a difference the only way she knows how, through film.

Tom Greenman is a founding partner of GreenKat Productions along with Kat Rohrer. He has over fifteen years working in the business community, and 12 years acting. Apart from his role as a producer, he has also contributed to GreenKat's body of work by acting in and writing for some of their projects. His work for “Fatal Promises” has included research, interviewing and filming.

Thomas Marschall has received his professional training at the Film-academy in Vienna, where he studied under renowned directors like Michael Haneke, Christian Berger and Walter Wippersberg. Since 2005 he has been specializing in Documentaries and Experimental Film. He is currently in Post-Production for his feature length Documentary “Grilagem”, the film deals with the exploitation of framers in Brazil.

Minos Papas is a director/producer and DP from Cyprus, Europe. With a base of operations in New York City where he runs Cyprian Films, New York, Minos is currently developing a slate of independent feature film productions. Son of internationally acclaimed film director Michael Papas, Minos was introduced to the film industry at a very early age. In 1993, Minos completed his first short film, Whispers. The film won First Prize at the Make-A-Video competition in Helsinki, Finland. He is a graduate of the School of Visual Arts where he was awarded the Outstanding Achievement in Cinematography at the 15th Annual SVA Dusty Film Festival, 2004 for his short film, Kalipolis. He is currently completing work on his first feature, Shutterbug.

Rossana Rizzo was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She received a Bachelors degree from the School of Visual Arts, where she studied filmmaking and cinematography. She has worked as DP on many short films as well as shooting additional cinematography on the award winning “Capturing the Friedman’s”. In 2004, she directed a short film for a feature length script entitled “Beneath a Criminal Heaven”.

After receiving his degree in Architecture from the University in Vienna in 2003  Schindegger has worked as a freelance graphic designer in a multitude of fields. He has in the past couple of years focused primarily on providing motion graphics, 3D animation and title graphics to the international Film Community. CHRISTINE SOHN

Christine Sohn has a BFA in Drama from the Tisch School of the Arts, NYU. In addition to acting, she has also written and produced two short films “Sunday” and “Irresistible” and a one-woman show “Cheviot Palms.” Working with GreenKat Christine has also functioned as line producer on a PSA for the Cooley’s Anemia Foundation.

JOSEPH J. FOGARAZZO

When Joe is not attempting to take over the world Joe is an independent guitar instructor, audio engineer, and runs Sui Media (www.suimedia.com) along with his wife Melissa Mason. He is responsible for teaching many of the new audio engineers in Suffolk county through his classes at REI. This is his second music composition for film.

Fatal Promises has been shot in several different countries including the United States, Austria, Ukraine and Slovakia. So we enlisted the help of several DPs around the world. The film would have not been possible without their hard work and dedication.
